Joshua Tybie

Galveston County Mounted Posse

 Joshua Tybie is this terms president in command of the GCMP and was raised between Carson City, Nevada and Denver, Colorado, While in Nevada Joshua Tybie volunteered with the fire department.

     After moving to Texas with his wife, Joshua Tybie Started Volunteering with the Galveston Office of Emergency Management as an emergency communicator using his Amateur Radio license to help in case of a disaster, While obtaining his CERT certification in 2014 Joshua Tybie Joined the Galveston County Mounted Posse.

    “My goals are to continue to help the community through my skills in Radio, Firefighting, and along with my Posse Brothers and Sisters further my horsemanship to raise awareness for our unique service to the community.”

Stephen Greschel is this terms Vice President, in command of the GCMP and the Lead Training officer, He is also a trained Firefighter. Stephen Greschel has worked with horses most all of his life, He is an active Texas Reenactor focusing on the Texas Independence.

 Amy Jones

Galveston County Mounted Posse

Lt. Jones is the Treasurer of the GCMP, and has worked with several different horse groups throughout the area.
